Proceedings of the Conference "International Studies-2023: Mongolian British Studies" has been published

    Institute of International Studies, MAS, organizes the academic conference "International Studies" as a tradition every year with the purpose of supporting   the research collaboration in a way of introducing and exchanging the latest research outcomes of scholars in country studies,   international relations,   security and regional studies. Annual conference continued as “Mongolian Chinese Studies” in 2020, as “Mongolian   Russian Studies” in 2021, and as   “Mongolian Japanese Studies” and published proceedings respectively. In 2023, on the commemoration of the 60-year anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the UK, the conference was organized   under   the name “International Studies-2023: Mongolian British Studies” on December 20th, 2023, delivering over 10 presentations addressing   many significant   issues regarding Mongolia-UK relations and British studies, and at the conclusion of the conference participants discussed the   possibilities and challenges   on enhancing British studies in Mongolia, and exchanged valuable research suggestions and results. 

    

   The proceedings include papers and articles presented at the conference by scholars and researchers in the field, such as “Magna Carta:   Mother of   Liberty” by Ph.D Amarjargal.P, senior advisor at Legal Analysis Department, the Secretariat of the State Great Hural of Mongolia,   “Overview of Mongolian British Studies” by Ph.D Zolboo.D, director of the Institute of International Studies, “British Studies Teaching at National   University of Mongolia” by Enkhmaa.Ts, department of British and American Studies, National University of Mongolia, “Overview of British   Philosophers Studies in Mongolia” by Ph.D Gankhuyag.Sh, head of philosophy department, Institute of Philosophy, MAS, and “Critical Issues in Mongolia-UK Relations: Post-Brexit Period” by Ph.D Ulambayar.D, director of School of International Relations and Social Studies, University of Humanities.
