The Institute has total of 37 staffs including 34 researchers belonging to 4 main departments, Department of Russian Studies, Department of Chinese Studies, Department of Third Neighbor Studies and Department of Regional and Multilateral Cooperation Studies, and 3 administrative employees.
Among the researchers, we have 4 Doctors of Science (ScD), 14 Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) and 16 Masters who have obtained or upgraded their degrees in Russia, China, the USA, Britain, Germany, Australia, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and Taiwan, and are fluent in foreign languages such as Russian, Chinese, English, Japanese, German, Korean, Turkish, Vietnamese and Kazakh.
